It's not Genmai, it's Kawanakajima 😁.
I've had a fair number of these.
This is the first one that doesn't have "Gensai" in the name 🍶.
Unlike Genshu Mai's gorgeous aroma
This one has a robust rice aroma😍.
The sweetness is subdued and robust
The flavor of the rice is just so rich 😋.
I paired it with shime saba (mackerel) and it was great 😊.
However, when served cold, it has a hint of a twinge to it, and when heated, it is a little too alcoholic.
Hot sake is a little too alcoholic 😥.
Cold sake is probably the best balance 🎶.

Hello etorannzyu 😃.
I see that it's not a phantom dance, but it's still pretty good ❗️.
I'm sure I can get this one with no worries since it's relatively close to the store that handles it 👍

Hi etorannzyu... Kawanakajima looks good too ☺️I was going through it thinking I should buy it next time since I obviously see it more than Genshu Mai, or maybe I should go to Genshu Mai first 😅.

Hi etorannzyu!
I haven't had this one yet either, but I drank the nigori ✨.
I remember being surprised that there was more lees than I imagined 😊.
I'll have to try this one too 😆.

Good evening, etorannzyu!
You can't find Kawanakajima in Akita 😅💦.
I would like to drink it if I have a chance to buy it on the internet.

Good morning, Haruei Chichi 😃.
This is a good idea.
It's completely different from Genmai 😅.
But I can recommend it as a food wine 👍

Good morning Harry sakeboy 😃.
Unlike Genshu Mai, it was really more of a food sake 😋.
I've never had the nigori one so I'm interested 😍.

Good morning Mr. Manachy 😃.
It was delicious as a food wine 🎶.
The direction of the drink is totally different from Genmai, so it doesn't matter which one is your first 😍.

Good morning kino.😃
I'm the opposite, I haven't had nigorigo yet 😅.
I've seen it before, but it's so leesy that it's called "doburoku" 🤣.

Good morning, T.KISO 😃.
There are only a few stores in Tohoku that deal in this product 😅.
I'm sure you can find it on the internet, so you can also buy it? 🤔
