The last drink of the day was a sake from Kochi Prefecture, a prefecture that has not been explored in my life 🚫.
Bikuyo Junmai Ginjo Shiboritate.
The aroma is faintly sweet, and the mouthfeel has a smoky nose with a pleasant lingering aftertaste from the umami and acidity.
I drank a lot even though I was on a celebratory flight 😁.
I've now conquered 4 prefectures in 5 varieties, so I'm well on my way to conquering the whole country 😆.

Finally I could say this phrase, and for this, the sensitivity of my Gundam-loving antennae is all fine 📡.
The aroma of sweet ripe banana, the texture of the tongue, the slight carbonation, the clear, vanilla-like sweetness, the mellow, rich aftertaste, and the image of the sharpness....
It is the first sake with the versatility to be served with Chinese Striped Chicken and Bean Paste.
This is so good, even my father, Datakun, was called to heaven by this deliciousness 😀.

The first sake was "Sairai Junmai Ginjo Unfiltered Unrefined Raw Sake" (🍶) from Saitama, which was the first time to drink it after drinking beer.
Muscat-like aroma, lingering sweetness, and an image of fading out with a hint of sweetness.
