This is also my first time to drink Akita "Yamamoto Junmai Ginjo Junkuro Nama Genjozo", a brand that I feel a little familiar with 😄.
Clear sweetness, fades out after a while.
After drinking, it has a lingering plump umami aftertaste 🍶.
I've never been to Akita, I'd like to try the udon from the vending machine at Akita port that was covered in NHK's "Document 72 Hours" 🍜.
