I was looking for somewhere to have dinner at work and went to Soy sauce.
I chose the usual restaurant, Nomu Eiko Fuji.
It was the second time I had it with a stick of rice.
I like the dry, crispy taste.

Looking at the bottle alone, it looks like sparkling wine. It tastes quite different from the sake I imagined, more like a white wine or cider with a hint of acidity. But even if it was served without telling me, I could tell it was not wine, and if it was, I could tell it was probably sake, but if you ask me if I like it, I would prefer something more like sake!

This is a store in Kagurazaka that mainly sells sparkling sake. I drank a lot of sake, but I think this was my favorite of the sparkling sake I drank that day. It was not too sweet, but was a proper sake, and the cloudy bubbles made it easy to drink.
