Timeline
やす☆Yesterday I went here again before the remote New Year's party.
The first one I drank was the first Ippo Mi.
It has a light, clear, crisp acidity with a light nigori rice flavor. The acidity softens as the temperature rises. やす☆Fruity aroma like melon. It has a gentle muscat-like sweetness and flavor for an unfiltered, unpasteurized sake.
We finished with Taiwanese Tomato Ramen (4th photo). やす☆This is the first Gin Kame.
It is a 39% polished wine with a full of gorgeous melon-like juiciness. It is indeed a great taste.
Thanks to the owner for getting it for us! やす☆It is refreshing, crisp, and clean, as is typical of Kurei. It also has the freshness of the first pressing. やす☆I thought I was going to finish with a glass of kijoshu, but I ended up drinking more while talking to the college student next to me😅.
I was drunk and this review is more appropriate than usual, but I got the impression that it was clear and crisp. やす☆I was curious about Hirotogawa's Kijoshu.
It was sweet, but not too sweet and refreshing, and easy to drink. やす☆Fruity aroma. Freshness of freshly squeezed sake and melon-like sweetness.
I should have written down more seriously... 😅 My comments on the three Nagano sakes in a row turned out to be the same 😅... やす☆Clear melon-like sweetness and fresh acidity. Naturally, the impression is different from that of fire-roasted. やす☆The first sip is served.
It is fresh, melon-like, sweet and juicy, with a refreshing acidity. The taste is reminiscent of chrysanthemum. やす☆First ROOM.
It has a light sweet fruity taste. It has a strong fruity sweetness, but it is not too sharp and has a good balance.
I ate ramen noodles even though I was drunk. やす☆Shuwa shuwa. It has a graininess that is typical of nigori, but it also has a nice sharpness. The balance of sweetness, flavor, acidity, and bitterness is as expected. RigelGood evening, Yas☆San🤗.
It's the tomato ramen shop you mentioned 🙄.
The selection of sake is too serious and interesting 🤣. やす☆Hi Rigel 😃
Yes, it's the restaurant you know 😄
I added a picture of the sake menu 🍶.
It's a serious lineup😅. やす☆The first Bunraku.
It has a sweet and delicious flavor reminiscent of Sairai, but also has a sharpness with citrus acidity. Well balanced. takeshonI'm going to eat Tomato Ramen again 😋. やす☆takeshon-san, how about ramen & sake after a long time? I'm sure you'll love it 😁. やす☆I didn't expect to be able to compare Shinshu Kamerei at a ramen shop 😆.
First up was the Jungin Miyamanishiki.
The first sip was a little fresh. It has an impressive soft, sweet, juicy flavor reminiscent of tropical fruits. It has an easy to understand gorgeousness, so if you want to drink it alone, this is the one.
Next was the Junmai Hitogokochi.
It has a clear and refreshing taste. The floral sweetness is subdued, and the clear umami leaves a lasting impression. It does not have the flamboyance of Jungin Miyamanishiki, but has a calm taste, making it a good choice for a mid-meal drink.
I have already had the 2021BY Junmai Hitogokochi, so I will not check in again. takeshonWhere did you get it from, the owner 😆. kino.Good evening, Yas☆-san!
I see you have Shinshu Kamerei in your ramen shop ✨.
It's about time you reviewed the tomato ramen 🤣👍 やす☆Hi takeshon 😃
They didn't give me any details, but they signed a contract with a liquor store outside of the province 😲. やす☆Hello kino.
I can feel the owner's enthusiasm when he buys even Shinshu Kamerei, which is hard to find in Nagoya😅.
I'll be drunk by the time I eat the tomato ramen, so no review 💦. やす☆This is the first nigori (bittern taste) from Kangiku.
The fresh acidity and sweet juicy taste typical of Kangiku are combined with the soft graininess of nigori. Although it is labeled as an adult Calpis soda, it is not too sweet, and the low alcohol content makes it very easy to drink and delicious.
It is so easy to drink and delicious that it is hard to believe that this is the first nigori soda. えりりんYas☆San konbanhar
I'm looking forward to opening the bottle more and more 🎶 after reading your review. やす☆Hi Erin 😃
I'm looking forward to drinking cold chrysanthemum house 😆.
Enjoy it and the changes after you open it ✨. やす☆Fresh, sweet and juicy. The sweetness is a little subdued. The bitter acidity at the end of the bottle makes it crisp and clean. Stable taste.
I had ramen (mixed cheese) this time, too. やす☆This is the first Classic Yamadanishiki I have had.
It is not too sweet, but has a classic flavor and fresh acidity. It has a simple, unobtrusive taste, and seems to go well with a wide range of meals. やす☆It has a sweet and juicy flavor typical of Kangiku. It is the first time since Kukai to drink Kangiku once-fired sake, and although it has fresh acidity, it is not as sharp as the raw sake that is often drunk, but has a calmness that makes it easy to drink. やす☆This is the first time to drink Oubai.
It has a refreshingly soft sweetness, followed by a pleasantly moderate acidity. It is an elegant sake with no peculiarities and easy to drink. やす☆It is not as sweet as one might expect from the sake's -9 sake rating, and is subtly fresh, with a good balance of sweetness, flavor, and acidity, and a good sharpness. The balance is to my liking.
Unusually, I also had ramen (curry ramen). I also had a bowl of rice (curry rice?). too. エースHi, Yasu ⭐︎!
Interesting 🤣🤣👍
Although Eiko Fuji's Jun Daishu Mirai is tempting.
I'm more interested in homemade curry and Tomomen 😋.
I'm even more curious ❗️😳 takeshonHi, Yasu☆-san 😃
I️ got it - Tomato Ramen shop ‼️.
I knew this place is delicious 😋, a little bit expensive though 😅. やす☆Ace, good evening😄.
Is this the restaurant you are talking about? I've given you a picture of my ramen too 🤣.
This is only my second time to eat ramen here😅 やす☆Good evening, takeshon😄.
This was my first time to try curry ramen and it was delicious 😋.
Definitely expensive for ramen, but the follow-up rice was free 😊.
They have Taiwan tomato noodles depending on the day 🍜. やす☆The first sip is served. It is fresh, crisp, and has the flavor of a 70% polished wine, but the low alcohol content leaves the impression that it is a bit lacking. RecommendedContentsSectionView.title
