It also has a pear-like taste like the Purple Space, but it is lighter. やす☆It has a light and refreshing pear-like fruitiness that is typical of summer sake, with the good umami of the original sake coming later. やす☆The last sake I had yesterday was my first Yamada-Nishiki Shinshu Kamerei.
It was very light and clear with a melon-muscat-like sweetness and flavor, which quickly disappeared with a hint of acidity. Although it has a raw sake feel, it is generally light and well-balanced as one would expect.

It was fresh, easy to understand and gorgeous, with a pineapple-like juiciness and a sharpness accompanied by acidity.

Sourness festival 😁. やす☆Haruei Chichi, surprisingly, the sourness of tomatoes is addicting😅.
It was a hana-yang service in commemoration of the WBC win 😆. やす☆First Yamae Nishiki.
Petit fresh. Soft and gorgeous banana-like tropical fruitiness and umami, with good sharpness. やす☆A collaboration sake between Akita Meikozo and Akita sake shop Ogawaya, limited to 101 bottles. Why such a sake exists is a mystery.
It has a slightly fresh and clear mouthfeel, a good 70% polished flavor, and a nice crispness with a hint of acidity.
It is lighter and easier to drink than Kiku no Tsukasa, which I drank just before. やす☆The first Kiku no Tsukasa.
It has a freshness, but at the same time it has a firm umami that is typical of the original sake, which spreads out and disappears quickly. As the temperature rises, the umami increases. やす☆Petite fresh, juicy flavor and good acidity. Again this year, the balance of the wine is not too flashy and sweet for my liking. やす☆I came back to this restaurant again. It has an attractive sake lineup (photo #4).

Shinshu Kamerei is hard to find in Nagoya, so I'm very thankful ✨.
At first I was like "why sake with tomato ramen? but now I'm totally hooked 😅. やす☆We also compared Shinshu Kamerei sake at a ramen shop. This is the first time to drink Jungin sake.
The first one was Hitogokochi.
The freshness is modest, perhaps because the bottle has been open for some time. It is very delicious with a juicy and beautiful flavor reminiscent of grapes.
