The last sake I had yesterday was my first Yamada-Nishiki Shinshu Kamerei. It was very light and clear with a melon-muscat-like sweetness and flavor, which quickly disappeared with a hint of acidity. Although it has a raw sake feel, it is generally light and well-balanced as one would expect. To finish the meal, we had shrimp, fresh cream, and noodles + risotto (Photos 3 and 4).

Good morning, Yas☆-san ^ ^ Shinshu Kamerei is delicious no matter which one you drink👍 I have not had Yamada Nishiki yet 🥲. I would like to drink Yamadanishiki as well ✨ although it has become difficult to obtain. The food looks delicious too😊.

Good morning, Manta 😃. Shinshu Kamerei, you can't go wrong with it 🍶It's not sold in the liquor stores in Nagoya, but thanks to this store I can drink it 😊. Tomato ramen, a bit expensive but delicious ✨.

Thank you so much, yum yum 🙇‍♂️ There are many variations of tomato ramen, including western, curry flavored, and spicy ones 😊. I have a stupid tongue, so please use my review as a reference only💦.

Today is Sake-no-wa's 5th anniversary✨. Such an anniversary is still this restaurant. The lineup is good as always (photo #3). The first glass was "Hiran". It has a clear, juicy, grape-like sweetness and flavor with a hint of acidity. Although it is a raw sake, it is not heavy and easy to drink at 14%.

I was going to close with Shinshu Kamerei, but the owner gave me Hana-yosu. It was fresh, easy to understand and gorgeous, with a pineapple-like juiciness and a sharpness accompanied by acidity. According to the owner, it is his favorite sake.

Haruei Chichi, surprisingly, the sourness of tomatoes is addicting😅. It was a hana-yang service in commemoration of the WBC win 😆.

A collaboration sake between Akita Meikozo and Akita sake shop Ogawaya, limited to 101 bottles. Why such a sake exists is a mystery. It has a slightly fresh and clear mouthfeel, a good 70% polished flavor, and a nice crispness with a hint of acidity. It is lighter and easier to drink than Kiku no Tsukasa, which I drank just before.

I came back to this restaurant again. It has an attractive sake lineup (photo #4). The first sake is "Hiran". It is light nigori. It is fresh and has a soft orikiri (rice curd) taste. It finishes with a crisp acidity that is more citrusy than yeast yeast yeast. It is easy to drink and you would not believe it is a low-alcohol, unfiltered, raw sake made from a traditional sake yeast yeast.

Yui Yui is made by Sanzen Sakura Brewery. The aroma is gorgeous and fruity. It has a fresh, clear, pear-like sweetness and flavor, but also has a smooth finish. The finish was mixed cheese and tomato ramen. For the first time, I ordered a set of five-grain rice and finished with risotto. I attended the remote New Year's party with a full stomach.

Also, Shinshu Kamerei drinking comparison at a ramen shop. Next was Miyamanishiki. This one also has a freshness that is modest, perhaps because it has been open for a long time. It is light and has a soft melon-like sweetness. Compared to Hitogokochi, it was lighter and felt a little watery.

Good morning, Yasu-san 😃 Thank you for your hard work yesterday 😃❗️ I've often seen that restaurant in Nagoya, but it's amazing that they even have Kamerei 👍. I guess it's Nagoya's food culture to come up with impossible combinations...

We also compared Shinshu Kamerei sake at a ramen shop. This is the first time to drink Jungin sake. The first one was Hitogokochi. The freshness is modest, perhaps because the bottle has been open for some time. It is very delicious with a juicy and beautiful flavor reminiscent of grapes. It has a deeper flavor than Miyamanishiki, which is my favorite.
