We also compared Shinshu Kamerei sake at a ramen shop. This is the first time to drink Jungin sake.
The first one was Hitogokochi.
The freshness is modest, perhaps because the bottle has been open for some time. It is very delicious with a juicy and beautiful flavor reminiscent of grapes.
It has a deeper flavor than Miyamanishiki, which is my favorite.
