A collaboration sake between Akita Meikozo and Akita sake shop Ogawaya, limited to 101 bottles. Why such a sake exists is a mystery.
It has a slightly fresh and clear mouthfeel, a good 70% polished flavor, and a nice crispness with a hint of acidity.
It is lighter and easier to drink than Kiku no Tsukasa, which I drank just before.
