The last sake I had yesterday was my first Yamada-Nishiki Shinshu Kamerei.
It was very light and clear with a melon-muscat-like sweetness and flavor, which quickly disappeared with a hint of acidity. Although it has a raw sake feel, it is generally light and well-balanced as one would expect.
To finish the meal, we had shrimp, fresh cream, and noodles + risotto (Photos 3 and 4).

Good morning, Manta 😃.
Shinshu Kamerei, you can't go wrong with it 🍶It's not sold in the liquor stores in Nagoya, but thanks to this store I can drink it 😊.
Tomato ramen, a bit expensive but delicious ✨.

Thank you so much, yum yum 🙇♂️
There are many variations of tomato ramen, including western, curry flavored, and spicy ones 😊.
I have a stupid tongue, so please use my review as a reference only💦.
