While I have been accumulating points at Nakano's Azino Machidaya, I have not had many opportunities to use them, so today I used my points to buy Tobiroki, which I do not usually drink very often.
Years ago, I used to actively try to buy it whenever I had a chance to buy it, but recently I have been mainly interested in sake from Tokyo and Kanagawa, so my interest in this brand has been waning.

The taste is...I don't know...alcoholic and hot in the mouth. At first a little sweetness and acidity spread, but soon a burning heat spreads in the mouth. I was wondering if it was like this before...? I wondered. Wasn't it more like water?
