bouken
This is the first time this year for Origuchi Sake Shop. One of the few liquor stores that I know by face. It is a small store, but they carry many famous brands. They don't have a backyard or a warehouse, so all of their stock is on display in the store, so they sell out relatively early. If you go there on weekdays, you will often find that they don't have any.
Brands handled include Saku, Machida Shuzo, Sagata, Omine, Yokoyama, Shichida, Akitora, Minami, Kure, Kiku no Tsukasa, Hakurei, Hokosugi, Shiki, Horaisen, Asakayo, Naraman, and various sake brands from Meimon Shukai.
Fruity and melon-like. Gassy. Fades out with bitterness at the end. Not sweet by any means, but easy to drink and delicious.
