Photo right. At the tasting. Kawatake Brewing Company in Hokosugi started this new brand in October. It's a little more bitter than the typical Sanpai, but I think it's one of the easiest Sanpai to drink. It's not too sweet in spite of the name SWEET.
I was told that it was sold out for pre-orders, so it was a good decision to pre-order. It's fruity but not too sweet? Bitterness at the end. The umami is very complex. Among the Aizan, yesterday's Jikin and Saku are really delicious.
Mr. Bouken, excuse me for my comment.
Thank you 🙇 I've been keeping the same one in the fridge. I bought it on impulse after the shopkeeper told me it was only available on a limited basis ⁉️.
It's hard to describe, but it's elegant and elegant. The sensation between taking it in your mouth and swallowing it is something different from other drinks.
It's not mentioned, but the liquor store's blurb said it was unfiltered raw sake. It has a gassy feel to it and it probably is. It has a freshness and a piquancy feeling of gas. It has a flavor like Muscat. This is the first time I've tasted Omine-nama, but it's delicious.
I've drunk raw at an izakaya before, but this is the first time I've had it at home. We couldn't get a fresh one because it sold out so fast. It's sweet and fresh. A slight bitterness at the end. It's not a flaw in the Yokoyama area.
This is a famous brewery in Shichida. There are many kinds of sake made with wine yeast, but this one seems to be made with red wine yeast. It definitely feels like a red wine when you drink it. It seems to go well with meat and Western food.
It's a little expensive, but I bought it because they went out of their way to open it for a tasting and it was delicious. According to the shopkeeper, it was a first class Aisan, but how is it? Tropical fruit-like tropical feel.
I drank it as a tasting. It's a refreshing type of sake. It looks like a sake that was commercialized through a crowdfunding project. Isn't it a very daiginjo type of sake?
I couldn't buy it anymore, but I bought it because there was one more Russ 1 left. I heard there was one left in the warehouse. It's a light, dry taste like summer. It has a sweet and umami taste and is delicious. It's not out of line for me.
At the tasting. I was the main candidate to buy this at first, but it was different from what I expected. I like IMPRESSION, so I guess it's not my favorite type. What is it? It felt light.
At the tasting. I think it's probably a hiyaoroshi type of sake, but it was easy to drink. Maybe it's because it's unpasteurized, but it's worth drinking.
At the tasting. Shichida is the first time. It was recommended to us because of its similarity to its shape. It is beautiful and has a sense of gorgeousness that is typical of Aisan. I don't like hiyaoroshi (cold distilled sake), but this one was delicious. But we didn't buy it this time.
I bought it at a liquor store that has a lot of saku because I've almost never drunk it before. The freshness and a sense of gas that I can't believe it was burned. The balance of sweetness and bitterness. It was more than I imagined.
