Photo right. At the tasting. Kawatake Brewing Company in Hokosugi started this new brand in October. It's a little more bitter than the typical Sanpai, but I think it's one of the easiest Sanpai to drink. It's not too sweet in spite of the name SWEET.

This is a famous brewery in Shichida. There are many kinds of sake made with wine yeast, but this one seems to be made with red wine yeast. It definitely feels like a red wine when you drink it. It seems to go well with meat and Western food.

I couldn't buy it anymore, but I bought it because there was one more Russ 1 left. I heard there was one left in the warehouse. It's a light, dry taste like summer. It has a sweet and umami taste and is delicious. It's not out of line for me.

At the tasting. Shichida is the first time. It was recommended to us because of its similarity to its shape. It is beautiful and has a sense of gorgeousness that is typical of Aisan. I don't like hiyaoroshi (cold distilled sake), but this one was delicious. But we didn't buy it this time.
