The aroma and flavor are truly banana!
I was worried that it might be too sweet, but the aftertaste is clean and crisp, so I could drink it while eating!
I heard that this brewery also uses a variety of other yeasts. I want to try another one!

It is a delicious sake that goes well with thicker dishes.
I like it so much I've ordered it three or four times.
Hokkaido's rice comet is used in this Hokkaido limited sake.
It's clear and refreshing despite its richness.
