I've always liked Hidakami, but this was my first time drinking it. I heard that the sake that was left over from the flooding in the earthquake was so good that they recreated it for the 10th anniversary of the earthquake. The label says, "There is no night without dawn", and I can feel its power...! It's crisp and delicious!

Junmai Ginjo Unfiltered Raw Sake Rice is Comet I used to drink the same brand made from Omachi, but I think Comet is more fruity and I like it better. I'm a bit of a Hokkaido fan.

The sake was squeezed on the first day of spring and purified at a shrine. It was so refreshing that we could eat more of it.

BAKUREN Drinking Comparison Red, Namaishu White, Namaishu Black (rice is Kame-no-o) I knew they were different, but I ended up liking the standard red because it had just the right amount of fruity flavor.

Junmai Ginjo Nama Sake brewed with banana yeast The aroma and flavor are truly banana! I was worried that it might be too sweet, but the aftertaste is clean and crisp, so I could drink it while eating! I heard that this brewery also uses a variety of other yeasts. I want to try another one!

Nomiurabe: Origarami, unfiltered, unpasteurized, hikari, and different rice. Honestly speaking, I didn't know the difference of the rice... I prefer the clear feeling of the raw sake. Origarami was easier to drink than I thought.

Slightly sweet, but with a clean aftertaste. Slightly carbonated and good for a first drink.
