boukenFree-run" is a wine term and is said to mean "unpressed" in Japanese sake.
The only sake I can think of that uses the term "free-run" is Kiyotsuru.
Of course I bought it at Ikoma Sake Shop 😁.
I think this is the only place outside of Kyushu that has it in stock.
(I think they sold out at the end of the year and are out of stock now)
Fruity, round and rich. Slightly dry? It is reasonably priced for the time-consuming production process and good for its cost performance. Highly recommended!
I heard a guy from a certain brewery was surprised that the same process would cost twice as much at our brewery 😳. boukenIkema Sake Shop Tasting Event (3)
Narutaki Shuzo's sake is almost never sold in the Kansai region.
The brand for exclusive dealers is Taki.
The traditional brand is "Jyuraku Taikoh
Junmai Ginjo
A clear and clean type. It may be a little too clean, but it definitely won't interfere with a meal.
I wonder if this is a fire-aged version of the raw sake we bought before.
Special Junmai
Forgot to take a picture. The green label I was allowed to drink before.
Compared to the junmai ginjo, this one has a more robust flavor, which I prefer.
Juraku Taikoh Taikoubai
Forgot to take a picture. Umeshu (plum wine). It was sweet, rich and delicious.
It was the most popular at the tasting and sold out. boukenNew brands handled by Icoma Sake Shop
It is thought that this is the only place in Kansai that handles this brand.
It seems that it is not sold outside of Saga.
I heard that it is well distributed in Karatsu city.
Mr. Gura said you can't find it in Fukuoka either.
The rice is Yamadanishiki.
Surprisingly, the aroma is gorgeous.
It is moderately sweet and has a perfect balance of sweet and spicy. It is a little apple-like. I think it is an all-rounder that can be drunk with food or on its own.
The label looks like it cost a lot of money.
Great level of quality in a hidden saga sake. ジェイ&ノビィHello bouken 😃.
I'm not from outside of Saga 🤗.
The clear blue label is cool too 🤩I'd like to try this 🤩I wonder if they will expand outside the prefecture like some other out of the gate 😆. boukenGood evening Jay & Nobby 😃.
I like the feel of this label too 😊Though it has nothing to do with the taste 🤣They wanted to expand their business but they had no contacts or channels 🥺If interested liquor stores contact them, they may increase the number of distributors 🤔. boukenNext, sake from Narutaki Brewery.
It was sweet, but not too sweet, and had a clean taste with no cloying flavors.
It has a more refreshing taste than the first Miyanomatsu sake, so it might be good as a food sake! RecommendedContentsSectionView.title
