It is a special junmai, but the rice polishing ratio is 50%, which is the standard for daiginjo. And yet the price is only about 1,400 yen including tax.
It is very fruity and a little pineapple. It is basically sweet, but the second half is a bit spicy.
It also has a yogurt-like taste.

As the name suggests, the rice used is Tosa Re. It's so fruity! The ginjo aroma was unbelievable. I didn't know there was such a gorgeous type of Tosa Tsuru. It tastes beautiful and delicious.
The aftertaste of the ginjo aroma lingers quite a bit. Isn't it possible that CEL-24 is used? It has a similar atmosphere to Shiba Botan's CEL, but this one is more gorgeous.
