I came to Mito in search of a new home.
The sake made from the sake rice "Kitashizuku" is soft and tender.

Chilled, not much aroma.
It's not sweet or spicy, but it's good when you put it in your mouth.
It's really soft in the mouth.
was my main focus, so it was just the right reset.
I would like to try another sake.
