My hard-to-find sake (5) After work today, I met up with my wife to watch the cherry blossoms at night along the Okawa River 😀 We went to our usual izakaya (Japanese-style pub). We went to our usual izakaya together 😀. The sake we had was Jyushidai, which is the most difficult to obtain sake for me 😀. I've applied for the lottery many times before, but I've never won 🤣. So I haven't had it at home yet, but I feel like I'm drinking it all the time thanks to the fact that I know a store that always has Jyushiyo in stock 😀. The two bottles we had today were both incomparably delicious😇. However, his wife still prefers his student's Hanayuup to his teacher's Jyushiyo 🤣.

Good evening, Mr. Yasube. I saw how difficult it is to find the various types of wine at the time of the dawn of time. I envy you that you have a store where you can have a drink anytime ✨

Good morning Yasube-san 😃. Jyushiyo is difficult to drink at home 😓Maruriki is a good restaurant 👍We used it for a farewell party for my tennis friends the other day and it cost us 7,500 yen per person because we drank too much 😅.

Hi, Pon 😀 Yes, it seems to be quite difficult to drink at home, but I'm thankful that my regular restaurant always carries it, so I don't feel like it's a hard-to-find sake 😀. Besides, the wife seems to be more Hanamup than Jyushidai as usual 🤣.

Hello Rafa papa 😀 Thank you for visiting the restaurant I mentioned 😀. The manager says thank you very much😇. You drank quite a bit by the way 🤣. That's for the two of us yesterday 😅.

Hi Yasubeyesan 😃 We...won the Jyushiyo, but no one has ever won the 🥲 even in the prefectural party 🤔, but since you are so lucky Yasube, I'm sure you will win one of these days 🤗.

Hi Jay & Nobby 😀 As I said, it seems that the availability of sake is quite regional 😀. In the end it's all luck and hard work 🤣. Tonight is the last in our series on hard-to-find sake 🤣.

Yasubeyesan. Good evening... I've only seen Jyushiyo, also only in stores 😥 or there was even a lottery 😱I didn't list it in the repo but I've had it several times and I prefer Hana Yuu 😍Jyushiyo is too easy to drink 😅.

Hello, Kozo-san 😀 I still think Hana Yuu tastes better than the one I usually drink 😇. but some people say Hanayuup and Hanayuup are also hard to find sake 🤣. Good sake is getting harder and harder to get 😅.

Today I opened a bottle of Nagasaki's Hiran Kijoshu. I had a bottle of this sake once before, and it changed my image of kijoshu, even though I used to hate kijoshu. This time it was from Maruriki Shuzo, an izakaya I started visiting around September of this year, who gave it to me as a year-end present 🤣. I'm sorry to say that I've only been going there for 3 months 😅. It tastes like... melon 😀. In case you're wondering, we compared Senkyu's Kijoshu and Nanabonjari's Junmai, both of which are melon 🍈. The same melon is as different as a red flesh melon and a green flesh melon 😀. I was scared that I was going to get into an endless loop where the refreshing taste of the Shichibonsyu would refresh me between the melon and the melon 🤣.

Good evening, Mr. Yasube! I'm curious more and more because I haven't had Sentori yet! And the seven lance does a great job 😁. And the seven bottles are doing a great job 😁😳Yasubeyes, you have a great personality 😊👍✨.

Good morning Yasube 😃. So the sake that changed the image of kijo sake was Hiran 😊I think Hiran would be delicious 😋 because it looks elegant and noble 😌.

Hi, Pon-chan 😀 If you have a chance to come to Osaka, this is a moderately good restaurant that also teaches you a lot about alcohol 😀. The shichibonjari that connects the two types of melon is refreshing and really did a good job 😀.

Good morning, Yasube! Interesting comparison, I can feel the difference between the 🍈 melon 🍈 but I'm still more interested in the 7 spears that refresh me in between 😆.

Hi Jay & Nobby 😀 Even we, who love sweet and tasty food, would get a little bored if both bottles were melon, but the crisp and clean Shichibonjari was a wonderful accent 😀.

Last but not least, Ryugetsu 😀 Of course, as expected from Jyushiyo... it's still delicious 😀. However, I felt it was the least distinctive of the three 😅. Of course, this is just our couple's stupid tongue impression, so I'm sure there are many people who have different impressions 😀. But it was fun to have an end of the year drinking contest with our husband and wife 😀.

Hi 3KAN4ON 😀 You can drink Jyushidai anytime, but the limited edition sake just arrived 😀. I explained to your wife the relationship between Jyushidai and Hanayuup and she said I'm more of a student than a teacher... I won't let her drink Jyushidai!

Next up was the Jyushiyo, Soukoh 😀! How unusual, this Daiginjo sake is the wife's favorite 🤣. Normally, she always chooses Junmai 😅. It was fruity and gorgeous 😀. The girl at the store said that this sake is the most popular when comparing these 3 bottles 😀.

Today, I happened to be going home at the same time as my wife 😀. It was probably the last time we would be together at the end of the year, so we went to our usual izakaya (Japanese style pub) 😀. As the last luxury of the year, we were offered a Jyushidai drink comparison 😀. Actually, this is my first time drinking Jyushidai 😀. We compared Ryusen, Ryugetsu and Souki 😀. All of them are definitely delicious 😀. But I liked this Ryusen the best 😀. It tasted deep and robust, but fruity and delicious 😀. By the way, the girl at the store also said that this was her favorite out of the three 😀.

Hi Nemuchi 😀 You can drink Jyushidai anytime, but the limited edition sake is timing 😅. It's fun because they make a set of sake to compare with Niimasa or Jikin, depending on your preference 😀. As for the limited editions, I check the installations in advance 😀.

Tonight, my friend, a jazzman, is playing a jazz concert, so I'm going to go to the live house now 😀. Before that, the wife and I went to our usual izakaya for a quick bite to eat 😀. Yesterday, I asked for a refreshingly fruity dry sake for the wife, who is into dry sake, and she recommended this super dry bakelon 😀. I was relieved to hear that she thought it was better than a bad sweet sake 😀. By the way, I had the third new sake from the store's original connection and a heated bottle of Shinkame 😀. Still Mrs. Kikuchi prefers cold sake to hot sake 😅.

Today, my friends from school got together for a little early year-end party 😀. We drank well back in our student days, but as I said, everyone was drinking shochu and I was the only one drinking sake 😅. The first drink was a standard self brewed sake from a standard restaurant 😀. It's my favorite sake lately 😀. I asked everyone to take a sip of it, but everyone with a shochu palate said it was too sweet 😅. When the party was getting going, I asked for some recommendations for hot sake since I didn't know what hot sake was, and we had a big drinking contest of cold and hot sake recommendations 😀. All the sakes were just hard when hiya, but when heated, the flavors opened up and I was surprised 😀. All were delicious, but my favorite was the Funaka Hachisaku 😀.

Good morning, Yasube 😃. Looks like a fun year-end party with your friends 😊Thanks for your efforts to promote sake 🍶 amidst the shochu crowd! I'm sure it's fun to compare cold and warmed sake, but I'm sure I'll get drunk 😁.

We finished off today's outing with the same sake that this izakaya always makes himself 😀. This is the third barrel of this year's sake, and we are lucky enough to have had all of them 😀. The first sip when chilled was refreshing, but as the temperature gradually changed, the sweetness became more intense and delicious 😀 The next barrel, the fourth, will be ready in December. The next fourth barrel will be a sparkling one in December, which I'm really looking forward to 😀.
