Iwakikotobuki生酛 純米酒 アカガネ
ペンギンブルー
At room temperature.
Aged but one year. Master says it's not that aged.
The aroma is that of a round, classical sake.
On the palate, it is definitely not that aged.
Between lightness and body, it has a medium texture.
The aroma is of rice with a hint of fullness.
Slightly angular and moderately acidic,
Supple, full-bodied, and sweet.
Light and tasty, comfortable to drink.
Good balance with potato salad with mackerel.
The title "akagane (red iron)" suggests that it will change again when heated.
Taste level ☆3.5/5
