The label on the back of the bottle reads, "Fermentation induced and matured to improve drinkability, with a richness that is hard to believe at 13% alcohol, but with a taste that is easy to drink and has a sharpness that leaves the tongue.
As the label says, it was rich and easy to drink despite its low alcohol content 🤗.
Personally, I thought it was easy to drink and could go down smoothly, but I thought it was too sweet to keep drinking 🤔.

I served it lukewarm with dumplings as a snack 😄.
Like the other 🍶, it seems to have more acidity and sweetness 😁 I think the sweetness is because I had the gyoza🥟 with a lot of hot oil 😅.
11/1, 3rd day after opening the bottle.
It was served well chilled ☺️
The sweetness is still the same, but it is pungent and sharp, with a slight bitterness on the palate 🤔.
I had it by itself to check the taste, but this is a food sake 😚.

Masamune hunters go today🍶.
They have revived a sake that was once brewed in Inzai, Chiba ⭐️
Modern Tone Masamune is made by Nabe-ten, famous for "Fudo". This store also seems to be affiliated with Nabeten and is considered to be their PB 🤔.
So I went to the store to buy some 🤗.
Now, open the bottle 🍶.
Very slight sweetness and clear 😙.
A little bitterness at the end.
It has a light finish that makes it easy to drink 😙.
Some people may find it too light and not enough sweetness 🤔.
On the second day, the sweetness increased and it became easier to drink. I drank too much on the first day and there was not much left, but it would have been better to leave it for a while 🤣.

I was going for the purple series, but they didn't have it, so I chose the pink 🩷.
It's low in alcohol, and it's also an insurance against drinking too much 😤😤.
It starts with a light sweetness and a strawberry taste 😚.
The slight crackle typical of nama sake, combined with the lightness of the low alcohol content, makes it light 😋.

We selected sparkling sake because we were in the mood to try sparkling sake and also because we trust that Takachiyo-san will not fail us 👉.
Surprisingly, it was nigori (cloudy) 🤍.
The taste of rice and sweetness is clear 🌾.
It has a light mouthfeel with a slight carbonation🫧😙.
And for some reason, it looks like a grape... 🍇.
I think I was pulled in by the color of the label 🙄.
