A delicious, sweet, junmai sake. It's as natural as "Shizenshu"! It's hard to believe it's 80% rice polishing ratio, but I get the impression it doesn't contain anything impure. It's just after the autumn, so it has a great flavor. It's an autumnal sake, but it's also good to drink it sipping after the start of winter! After the second day after opening it, the acidity came out lightly and the taste of the drink progressed further.

Bitter and dry. Immediately after opening the bottle, the bitterness is evident, but as the temperature rises, the taste gradually becomes clearer and clearer. The acidity comes out and gives a fuller impression. It's made from 100% Yamada Nishiki, but there is no nuance to it. Surprise⁉︎ This is the kind of sake you want to drink with fried chicken or other strong-flavored snacks!

I was expecting a high street sake, but I was surprised to find the acidity of the sake was higher than I expected. I decided to drink it cold the first day, but it was a good decision to return it to room temperature the second day. Next time I will try it lukewarm.

2020年4月27日開封 神田・鈴木酒販で購入 鈴木酒販で購入 やわらかな吟醸の香り。つつじの花のよう🌸香りは甘めだが、最初にくるコメの甘みのすぐ後に、意外にもフレッシュな酸味苦味がやってくる。しかし、あくまで抑えられている。一回火入れのため、生によくある、ピリピリ感もなく、終始、優しさと丸みのある味。優等生！

2020年4月25日開封 神田鈴木酒販で購入 無濾過中どり生原酒 色はほとんどなく、香りはフレッシュだが、マイルド。 濃厚な甘み❗️はちみつのような🍯満々とたたえた甘さの中から、わずかな苦味がもたげ、それがキレをつくる。秀逸^_^

父が勧めてくれた思い出深い酒です。久しぶりに飲んだけど、自分の好みのフルーティーさはないのにはっきりとうまいと言い切れる酒です。一瞬だけ広がる男らしい米の味とアルコール感。その引き方の男らしさというか清々しさというか。潔さ。爽やかさ。哲学的になってしまうお酒です。 #貴 #山田錦

舌先に少し炭酸感。開ける時もプシュっと音がしました。お店の人に少し甘いタイプです、と言われて、確かに甘いんですが心地よいです。お米の香ばしさが最後に残ります。群馬の酒蔵だけど滋賀の渡船を使ってる。軽やかに離陸してどっしり着地する感じがこの酒米の特徴なのかなあ。 #かんとうのはな #聖酒造 #渡船
