After a long time, I wandered to a restaurant with a good selection of Japanese sake.
The first thing that caught my eye was this!
I've seen it in dancyu before, but this is the first time I've actually had it!

More citrusy than anything else.
Not too sharp, but fresh.
Good as a food wine.
I think it's better with food than on its own.
