Tasted at the sake tour at Kintetsu Department Store.
Following Misato Nishiki was Akita Sake Komachi.
It seemed to have a more robust flavor than the Misato Nishiki, but at the tasting level, the difference was basically too subtle to be noticeable. Therefore, we did not buy it.
I was told that Gin no Sei's unfiltered unpasteurized sake was made with cherry blossom yeast, so I bought this one.
I bought this one. The young lady was very nice.
I had been passing it up until now, but I thought I would stop by when I came to the department store 😊.
