Purchased at Kintetsu Department Store's Sake Tour.
Seems to use Someiyoshino cherry yeast. Fresh and juicy. The acidity is quite strong. It has an atmosphere similar to that of Gojogawa Sakura by Isaoheki, which also uses the same cherry blossom yeast, but it is more refreshing than Isaoheki.
The other two I tasted were more fruity, but I felt they were not enough, so I chose this one, but this one has a weak sweetness.
If it were a little sweeter and darker, it would have a flavor similar to the Issen Heki, but it's too bad.
It would be more similar to the Heki if it were at room temperature.
Is it a typical case that "A-Sakura" lacks decisive power?
I thought so when I tasted it, but Nemuchi and T.KISO said the same thing 🤣.
