Purchased at Kintetsu Department Store's Sake Tour. Seems to use Someiyoshino cherry yeast. Fresh and juicy. The acidity is quite strong. It has an atmosphere similar to that of Gojogawa Sakura by Isaoheki, which also uses the same cherry blossom yeast, but it is more refreshing than Isaoheki. The other two I tasted were more fruity, but I felt they were not enough, so I chose this one, but this one has a weak sweetness. If it were a little sweeter and darker, it would have a flavor similar to the Issen Heki, but it's too bad. It would be more similar to the Heki if it were at room temperature. Is it a typical case that "A-Sakura" lacks decisive power? I thought so when I tasted it, but Nemuchi and T.KISO said the same thing 🤣.

Good evening, Nemuchi. Yes, I know it's a little bit harsh to say, but there are no outstanding features 🤔.

Good evening, bouken😄. I'm so relieved to hear that Legend has the same impression as me 🤣 I wonder if it's just one more breath, or two 😅. I don't know, I feel like I'm just one or two breaths away 😅.

Hi T.KISO 😃 I'm afraid I'm going to be buried amongst all the other grain Akita sake 😅. There are so many other sake brands out there, so I'm afraid I'm going to have to lower my priority...
