I bought a cup of sake from a brewery I don't usually buy from at the sake corner of the Kintetsu Department Store.
Taruhira Shuzo has an image of heated sake, but the sake was clear and light, and could be served cold without any problems. It is an easy-drinking cup of sake that does not feel too spicy or sake-like.
There is no ginjo aroma and it does not taste like a daiginjo.
It has a delicious rice flavor and a unique and distinctive taste.
I would like to try the Yukimukae namaishu that was sold at the Hankyu Department Store's Sake Brewer's Festival.
