One of my favorite drinks this summer 🍸. Kawabu Brewery's KAWABU😊. It was a very easy to drink sake, with a good balance of sweetness and spiciness, and a nice sharpness! I love it 🍸😋😋😋.

7/10 Hiyoroshi of Banshu Issen. It was delicious. Anyway, it had a rich taste, or rather, a concentrated flavor. It had dryness, but also a little sweetness and acidity. It had a mellow and harmonious flavor. It has a hiyaoshi-like flavor, which seems to go well with autumn flavors. It would also be good with strongly aromatic foods and fatty fish. I want a bottle of this sake at home.

7/10 I slipped in at the last minute and had to have a Jikin as well. This one is made from an older sake rice called Asahi. I had the impression that it tasted quite sweet. Of course it was fruity, with a touch of sweetness and sourness on top. I have the impression that Jikin always expands its flavor, and I wonder if this is a result of advanced sake brewing techniques. When I look back on all the sake I drank during the day, the most delicious one is sometimes Jikin. Am I being too meek?

6/10 Takeyoshi's Black Label. This is another image of a cosy sake. The aroma is only a little, but it has a pleasant sourness when it reaches the middle of the tongue. It is not too assertive, and I think it is quite good as a food sake. Recently, it is common for a four-pack of sake to cost over 2,000 yen, but this one is probably still in the 1,000 yen range. I think it is a good value for money to be able to drink it at this price.

8/10 This is Homasu, as it is a comparison to Yamadanishiki. I have never seen this sake rice used outside of its native region. It seems to be a native variety of Kumamoto Prefecture. Compared to Yamada-Nishiki, it has a slightly more acidic nuance. The sweetness is the same, but the aroma is more of a vinegared iso type. I can feel a little sweet and sourness. I prefer this one.

7/10 Yamada-Nishiki from Sansho, given to us by another customer. Yamada-Nishiki is relatively drinkable! It has a fresh taste due to the fact that it was just opened at the beginning. The alcohol content is not too high, so you can drink it like a juice. This one has a green apple or lychee flavor. I enjoyed comparing it with Hozu.

7/10 Kido hiyaoroshi. Sake from this area is really cosy. It is nice to be able to buy a four-pack for the low 1,000 yen range. The taste was calm and had the typical hiyaoroshi flavor. The aroma is not so strong, but you can taste the umami gradually and it lingers on the palate. It has the feel of an autumnal sake, and one would like to drink it with seasonal food.

6/10 Yoshida Kurau's summer sake. The name suggests lightness, and the sake is exactly what you would expect from a dancing sake. It is a pure sake with an alcohol content of 9%. The acidity comes in softly, and it has a lightness that makes it easy to drink straight out of the bottle. Although it was not a first sip, there is a strong gaseous taste. I wonder if this is the kind of thing you should drink at outdoor festivals when it is cooled down to a crisp. It's a flirtatious drink.

6/10 I wonder if this is Kangiku's autumn sake line. I wonder if the term "orange sea" was coined. I can't find it even if I look it up. It has a gorgeous aroma, which is typical of Kangiku, and it feels quite sweet in the mouth. The second half is sourness, which is also typical of Kangiku, but the sweetness is so strong that it seems to be a little weak. The sweetness is so strong that it seems to be weakened a little. It was a sake with a flavor similar to pineapple juice.

7/10 Tenbi's standard sake. Hakuten. Tenbi has already become a standard. It even feels a bit safe. Fujioka-san, the toji (master brewer), seems to be very active and often posts on social networking sites. Whenever I write something about Tenbi, he seems to be ego-surfing, and I am amazed at how quickly he likes my posts. It has become a taste that I am used to. I have many chances to drink Hakutenshu everywhere, and its well-balanced sake quality with a soft muscat flavor is always delicious no matter what it is paired with.

6/10 This was my third visit to Sakelabo Tokyo. I won some sake from a project, so I went to pick it up and also got some sake. The first sake was Kamerei. I don't think there are many people who drink this kind of sake from the start, but I personally don't mind starting off with a refreshing drink. I sometimes get strange looks, but I like to drink as I like. I think this spec of Kamerei is a good sake with a strong low-polished flavor. I'm going to Hiroshima next month, so I want to drink a lot of Hiroshima sake.
