Last drink. This one was absolutely delicious! Shwashy and fruity! It was the perfect ending. And then, I got another autograph! This time it was Mr. Sano, the manager of Sakelabo Tokyo! I brought my autograph pen with me! He wrote it for me with pleasure! I was able to talk to someone who had watched the video. I was so happy! It was a great time! Thank you, Mr. Sano and everyone at Sakelabo!

Here is Jikin! For me, it is the sake of my dreams! It is a superstar sake. Of course, this is the first time I have had it. And what a surprise, it's sparkling. Amazing! It is just like champagne. I have never had champagne before.... It was quite surprisingly delicious! I was so happy!

Some time ago I read in a magazine. I read that it had won numerous awards for "the ultimate food wine." That's amazing! However, I drank it all when there was just no dish...(lol) Next time I would like to match it with a main dish.

Cute bottle! It is mildly sweet. It is gorgeous and fruity, but also round and moist. When I looked it up on the Internet, I found it to be "listening to the rhythm of the bouncing rain on a drizzling afternoon. Hmmm, I think I understand. It was a sake I would like to drink again.

This is a comparison of Senkori drinks. I watched Kazuki Usui's videos on sakelabo-chan many times~! This is the first time I've had Edobari. I see that "Zero" means "raw" sake~. My impression is that it is fruity retro, smart modern, and sour classic. They are all delicious in their own way, but I preferred the classic the best!

We have come to the holy land of our dreams! It's Sakelabo Tokyo! I am a heavy user of sakelabo-chan. I have always wanted to go there. Wow! This, this, this sign! Yoo-hoo!" (lol). First, the waiter recommended the winter-only Kangiku. It's a cool bottle! Ahhh, it's delicious! Very fresh and refreshing. Is this sake? It was the kind of sake that makes you think, "Is this sake? Yum! We had it with grated cauliflower.

7/10 Shinsei No.6 after a long time My personal favorite S-type. There's not much to say about Shinsei No.6 anymore, but I still think Shinsei is the best sake made with No.6 yeast. The last sake of the day. I was wondering why this was the last sake of the day, but I thought to myself, "It's a brand that I can drink as if it were the last sake. I had a great time at this year's SakeLab Tokyo.

7/10 This is a classic sake from Sakeya Hachibei. Dry honjozo sake. The label is upside down because it is inadvertent. I have the impression that this sake has a good reputation due in part to its good cost performance. This is probably because the sake does not disappoint with its clean and dry taste, as it is called "dry". Since it was the last sake of the day, I was able to drink it at the right time.
