I was told that this is the second Kenaiyama sake from Kangiku Meizou, after 寫樂寫樂.
I was looking forward to drinking it and it is delicious!
I can't believe how much difference the sake rice and the brewing process can make.
It's true! Sake is a mystery, isn't it?
