It's been a long time since I've had a Glorious Fuji, I bought one today, chilled it to a crisp and had it right away 🩷.
The aroma is gorgeous, it's not too sweet, and it's more smooth and delicious than I thought it would be. As the temperature changes, the flavor becomes richer and more intense, and the umami attacks with a gusto👍.
Today we had sauteed chicken, vinegared vermicelli, potato salad, and meat udon for dinner 😍It goes well with mustard and sweet meat udon. It seemed to go better with food than the Eiko Fuji I had before. ‼️ I would like to drink it again. ❤️

Eiko-Fuji, I love it 😍This one you drank this time 💁♀️, I actually have last year's lying in the fridge 🤣I think it was a perfect pairing with western food. Eikoufuji has a strong flavor 👍.
