Senkori 4-Style Kojo-shu
I've been curious about this since I saw a post on X raving about it, and I was grateful that Starbucks happened to be serving it 😋🍶.
The glass it was poured into smelled mellow, like bananas and ripe melon 🍌🍈.
The overall impression is gorgeous, with honey and white peach-like nuances that are typical of kijoshu!
When you put it in your mouth, it has a smooth texture on the tongue with a nice, tangy, slightly carbonated feeling.
Unlike the sweetness of kijoshu, the taste is refreshingly sweet and fruity, like white grapes, with a gentle acidity.
This is certainly a flavor that deserves rave reviews✨.
So good that I bought a bottle for home ( ・・・・..................)

Hi, Afio 😃
I think you said you bought it after drinking it at Starbucks 😆 The sweetness is not like kijoshu, but on the contrary, it's just right.
I'm looking forward to seeing your post about drinking at home 🤗.

Good evening, Afuio 😃.
I see your review that you all are not too picky. ‼️ I wonder if there are still some left in Utsunomiya...

Good evening Jay & Nobby, ☺️
You all say so, don't you? It's a noble sake, but the clear sweetness is the best 😆.
I heard it's quite popular, so I doubt there are any left in Tochigi 😭.
