Some sake is similar to white wine, but this one reminded me of red wine due to the ripe grapes and the complexity of the flavor. Yeast No. 6 is represented by Niimasa, but I recently tasted No. 6 at Sogape and Kaze no Mori, and it was interesting to compare the two. ★★★★
