Visited Ebisu Kimishimaya after hearing that Shinmasa Sake Brewery's Heresy Oyasama K.K. is available only today!
On Sake Day, I wanted to visit sake shops and bars all over the country, but I also wanted to visit a friend's wedding, so I started my Kaku-uchi tour on 10/1AM and 10/2 in the morning!
The restaurant is located in Ebisu Atre, directly connected to the station and only 2 minutes from the ticket gate.
As was the case yesterday, all the stores are crowded with people because they serve popular sake!
Heresy Guru Corporation is a high-grade version of Flax Cat
Like Flaxcat, it is brewed with white malted rice.
This is a bottle of sake brewed with 40% polished Misato Nishiki and brewed in oak barrels after brewing with the original yeast.
How can you not love White Koji, O, Miso Nishiki, O, and Oak barrels?
The aroma of the oak barrels is present from the first sip, while the gentle sweetness of the Misato Nishiki and the beautiful acidity are delicious. The lingering oak aroma was like that of a fine wine or whiskey, not sake...
I am still on my first glass... I would like to enjoy many things today.
Rice polishing ratio: 40% (100% Misato Nishiki)
Alcohol content: 14%.
.
Although the sweet taste came at first
Good compatibility with miso cheese
The aroma is good in the first half, not so good in the second half.
Thanks to the atmosphere of the restaurant
I had a great time!
I'll be back!
This is not related at all, but
I like Matsuya Onoe's face art.
I love the way he makes faces.
I'm sure you'll like it.
Manufactured in March of last year. I think I bought it around the beginning of fall, so it has long been in a maniacal state?
As soon as I opened it, I thought, "This might be a little bad...
It smells like dried grapes, soy sauce, miso.... Hmmm, fermented nuances.
I've already had last year's Doe, but the sweetness has become even stronger, and it's now eggy.
The alcoholic sensation came up quickly, making it difficult to drink.
I should have drunk it earlier (tears). I'm sorry, Soga....
Today is nabe, so I picked up this as a sake that would go well with it.
The gas pressure was quite strong, and it took about 15 minutes to finally open the bottle. I guess I didn't chill it enough... And I was surprised to find that it was quite cloudy.
The aroma is quite mild. You can smell the rice coming from the oli, but it's not that strong.
The sweetness is weak. It has a strong gaseous feeling, so I'll have to check the taste after it has settled down a bit.
The aftertaste is short and finishes quickly, leaving a sour taste on the tongue.
Not the best for nabe, but it will go well with many dishes. When the gas is gone, I'll be able to try more.
There are a lot of nigori new sakes that I want to try, but I was lucky enough to get a bottle of Nabeshima's Shiboritate Namaishu New Moon, so I pushed it out of my priority list and opened it first. It's definitely Nabeshima quality again. It's not too sweet and it cuts cleanly, which I like very much. I can't wait to try the Uranabeshima at the beginning of the year.
We captured Nabeshima's Harvest Moon, which will be released on September 9, the day of the Chou-you Festival. Slightly effervescent, with a soft sweet bitter balance and a smooth taste that is less assertive yet more mature than the usual Nabeshima. It has an autumnal feel that fits the atmosphere of the label perfectly (๑˃).
