Manufactured in March of last year. I think I bought it around the beginning of fall, so it has long been in a maniacal state? As soon as I opened it, I thought, "This might be a little bad... Today is nabe, so I picked up this as a sake that would go well with it. The gas pressure was quite strong, and it took about 15 minutes to finally open the bottle. I guess I didn't chill it enough... And I was surprised to find that it was quite cloudy. The aroma is quite mild. You can smell the rice coming from the oli, but it's not that strong. The sweetness is weak. It has a strong gaseous feeling, so I'll have to check the taste after it has settled down a bit. The aftertaste is short and finishes quickly, leaving a sour taste on the tongue. Not the best for nabe, but it will go well with many dishes. When the gas is gone, I'll be able to try more.

There are a lot of nigori new sakes that I want to try, but I was lucky enough to get a bottle of Nabeshima's Shiboritate Namaishu New Moon, so I pushed it out of my priority list and opened it first. It's definitely Nabeshima quality again. It's not too sweet and it cuts cleanly, which I like very much. I can't wait to try the Uranabeshima at the beginning of the year.

We captured Nabeshima's Harvest Moon, which will be released on September 9, the day of the Chou-you Festival. Slightly effervescent, with a soft sweet bitter balance and a smooth taste that is less assertive yet more mature than the usual Nabeshima. It has an autumnal feel that fits the atmosphere of the label perfectly (๑˃).

I've never won a sake raffle before, but somehow I won this time, and I was looking for a time to drink, and it's my birthday party today. A few days early though. But for some reason, dinner was hand-rolled sushi. I wonder if it goes well with this drink... The sake has a strong sourness, which is typical of No.6, and a sweetness that is unexpectedly strong. The aroma is reminiscent of grapefruit. There is also a sense of gas. The finish is pleasantly astringent with a slight bitterness and sourness. Aside from the price (lol), very tasty and very satisfying! Because it goes perfectly with hand rolled sushi!

When I included it, it smelled like a banana. I was expecting citrus to come, so it was an unexpected first impression. The sourness appears next, but it's not that strong. The sweetness is slight. It is one of the so-called dry taste. As it approaches the aftertaste, bitterness appears. It is quite strong. The aftertaste is short and crisp. At room temperature, the sweetness increases, but so does the alcohol. To be honest, it was different from what I had imagined at first, but I thought it was a sake that would go well with a variety of foods.

Two months after I gratefully drank what I thought was the last soga of the year, we met again early. Although I drank Riasake Naturel once this year, I could hardly taste it because I took it to my friend's house, so I tried again this time. When you take a sip, the aroma is not like sake anymore. Dried grapes, nuts, figs. It's not just fruity, but has a sense of maturity. The sweetness comes first, followed by the sourness with some gas. The sweetness is stronger than the sourness, but the balance with the sourness is good, so it is pleasant. The aftertaste changes from sourness to bitterness and stimulates the throat. You will not get bored until the end. At the end of drinking, some sweetness remains on the tongue. I have not been able to drink all of them this year, but I have the impression that it is similar to the Doe, with more bitterness added. This is the end of my stock of Soga, but I hope to come across it again.

I finally got to drink it, Blue Bottle (summer sake), the most popular brand in Kagawa Prefecture. The brewery, which has a long history and where Shinsaku Takasugi once hid out, uses carefully selected rice and water associated with Kukai. The drinking style is very light and clear, and you can gulp it down. It has just the right balance of fruity, sweet and sour flavors, and while it has a strong, dark taste that is typical of unfiltered sake, it has an excellent sharpness. Because it is a summer sake, the taste is more round and easy to drink than usual.

10th anniversary special limited edition #3. Thank you. A citrusy scent. It also smells like a wooden vat. I feel it. In the mouth, there is grapefruit juice. Then, the bitterness of the citrus flavor kills it. Perhaps because it is low alcohol, there is no sense of sake at all. The taste of rice is strong. If you let it sit for a while, it will become a little sweeter. It is delicious.
