I didn't have much time, so I chose this one from the 2 coins sake list, as I had only drunk the "kafuda". I couldn't drink it slowly, but it was more refreshing or light than Kafuda. It is true that I could feel some acidity, but it was more refreshing. It was as if it came from Niigata.

It is like Echigo-Tsumari sake. It is very light. After Corona is a new thing, but before Corona, I was not much interested in drinking out and was a home drinker. Now, I always drink it on business trips. Finally, I drink on the way to a stopover. I also go to local liquor stores. I have completely changed.
But still, Niigata was a kingdom. Next month I will be in Iwate, and the month after that in Niigata. I am looking forward to it.
