Imanishi Shuzo, the brewer of Nara's "Mimurosugi", and Nishida Shuzo, the brewer of Akita's "Tazake", have both brewed Junmai Ginjo OD ODYOMARI using "Watarifune No.2" rice polished to 56%. I bought this to compare. This one has an alcohol content of 13%.
