ふるたさけお
It is a highly regarded sake, so I won't say anything about the taste. It is really delicious. But for me, it's a comprehensive company of greedy flavors. Umami! Aroma! Clean! Sweetness! I think it could be a little bit peculiar. It is so superior that I think it should have a little bit of peculiarity.

An orthodox dry Junmai sake! There is no other way to describe this hard-core sake. In a good sense, it has the strength of a Kyushu boy. It does not lose to the strong flavors of the East.

This is a product that literally has the dry sharpness of the pure rice sake flavor of the Sanmorosugi Junmai Sake. It has more of a watermelon or melon flavor. Whether heated or chilled, the taste is unmistakable! I prefer it lukewarm or room temperature.

Meijo Shuzo Co. Honjozo sake. This sake was given to me as a non-circulation item. Normally, I would be nervous about a sake with a name like this and a name like Honjozo, but when I opened the bottle at room temperature, I was convinced that this was a good sake, When I opened the bottle at room temperature, the aroma of heated rice convinced me that this was a good sake. The taste was as expected. The 17° alcohol content is so soft and easy to drink that it does not bother me. However, when heated, it is super-hot. It is a very good blended sake. Impressive.

I thought no introduction was necessary, since it is readily available and the quality is unbeatable, but.... I bought it at a store just a few days ago. I had it cold. Was the aroma so strong? As is typical of Banshu sake, it is dry. But it is sharp and easy to drink. It was the first time I had tasted the gorgeous aroma that seems to be popular among young people. I have a feeling that this is a new boom. I need to try another bottle.

100% Yamato rice Yamanokami yeast used Mild on the palate, with a subtle sweet gourd aroma and a slightly spicy flavor that never gets old. The core of the flavor remains the same whether it is heated or chilled. All the sake brewed by this brewery are to my liking.

This product is notable for the following points Despite the 70% rice polishing ratio, it produces an aroma and flavor comparable to junmai ginjo-shu. It would be a shame to drink it without knowing about it! This time, we did not try it hot, but instead served it cold or chilled. It is a shame that this sake is so delicious.

For warming sake. When warming it up, I accidentally made it nearly 60 degrees hotter. But fortunately, the alcohol jumped to a moderate level. The aroma of rice and the yogurt-like sourness made it my favorite. Even if it's Yamahai, I can enjoy it without the need for a side dish.

(Brand name, brewery not matched) Sake from Nagano, Junmai-shu. It has a strong flavor of unrefined sake. The low alcohol content makes it mild on the palate, and the spiciness is nice. However For those who are used to the popular and gorgeous sake, the aroma of unrefined sake may not be good. The aroma is reduced when the sake is served cold. I usually serve this kind of strong sake with hot nabe dishes in cold water.

It has a light, gentle dryness that is immediately apparent on the palate. The lingering aftertaste reminds one of fruit trees. It definitely shows its full potential when served with a meal. Unfortunately, it is best served cold! It is not tiring to drink, so if you have some snacks, you can drink it forever....

It is a beautiful sake sold every winter and It is one of the most popular wintertime treats of the year. It is not sold at retail stores, but only through direct sales. (I missed out on buying it because it was out of stock at a mail order store, but I got it at a direct sales store when I visited Ojinsha Shrine.) It has a soft, sweet taste and a soft, sweet aftertaste. The aroma of watermelon or melon that rises softly after drinking is a feature. However, this season's impression was that this aroma was not as strong as it should be, perhaps due to the quality of the rice? Even though I like heated sake, I recommend drinking it cold this season.

Highly effervescent. The sweet flavor is refreshing and refreshing in the mouth with a touch of sizzle, a dangerous taste. Never drink it if you are thirsty. It is a very good cold sake, and you will drink it in large gulps. However, it is a dry sake with a strength of 16.8. You won't feel it when it is cold. When heated, it has a sweet aroma that is typical of rice. It is dry and has a deep nostalgic feeling. It is a sake that is too good to drink.

When you open the cork, there is a certain aroma. The sweetness and umami are certainly those of a snowy Kayasha. However, the cold sake is too much for me and the taste is too strong. I recommend warming it up to 50°. The excessiveness is rounded and calming, and it gently permeates the five and six internal organs.

We have not tried heating it up.

What makes this sake different from the regular Naruto Tai Junmai Sake is that it is an easy to drink, well-rounded sake that can be enjoyed by all types of drinkers. (Note: This does not mean that it is usually difficult to drink and not well-rounded!) ) My honest impression was, "Is this Naruto sea bream? (Note: This does not mean that it is usually difficult to drink and not well-rounded! It is mild and dry on the palate with a clean aftertaste, and who doesn't like this taste? And Warmed up, the taste remains the same, but the aroma of rice is more pleasant and deepened. The aroma of the rice is pleasant, and you can find lingering notes of "Naruto-tai" in the deepened richness of the flavor.
