When you open the cork, there is a certain aroma. The sweetness and umami are certainly those of a snowy Kayasha. However, the cold sake is too much for me and the taste is too strong. I recommend warming it up to 50°. The excessiveness is rounded and calming, and it gently permeates the five and six internal organs.
