It has a strong flavor of unrefined sake. The low alcohol content makes it mild on the palate, and the spiciness is nice.
However
For those who are used to the popular and gorgeous sake, the aroma of unrefined sake may not be good. The aroma is reduced when the sake is served cold.
I usually serve this kind of strong sake with hot nabe dishes in cold water.
