Meijo Shuzo Co. Honjozo sake. This sake was given to me as a non-circulation item.
Normally, I would be nervous about a sake with a name like this and a name like Honjozo, but when I opened the bottle at room temperature, I was convinced that this was a good sake,
When I opened the bottle at room temperature, the aroma of heated rice convinced me that this was a good sake.
The taste was as expected.
The 17° alcohol content is so soft and easy to drink that it does not bother me.
However, when heated, it is super-hot.
It is a very good blended sake. Impressive.
