When warming it up, I accidentally made it nearly 60 degrees hotter. But fortunately, the alcohol jumped to a moderate level.
The aroma of rice and the yogurt-like sourness made it my favorite.
Even if it's Yamahai, I can enjoy it without the need for a side dish.
