This is a product that calls itself "sake exclusively for salmon. As a test, I paired it with salmon-only packaged sushi from the supermarket. I am not sure if it is a good match or not, but it tastes good and is inexpensive! I couldn't resist. Next. Oh, wow! This one is gorgeous (for Shizuoka, that is. (Hana to hana is a dare!)! The aroma is moderate, but the taste is certainly a little different from the old Shizuoka Ginjo! Delicious!
