Now, let's continue with the second sake from Kyoto, Matsumoto. This was also my first sake. Compared to the Daito sake we had earlier, this sake is lighter, but it goes in easily and is easy to drink. The aftertaste is a little bitter, but the sake is delicious and you can really taste the sake. (This may have been my first drink, lol). I had some leftover shellfish stewed in the rain as an entrée, so I served it with that. The bitterness at the end (which I also like) was just right with the shigureni.

It's been a while since I've had sake🍶. The sweet taste is nice on the tongue from the start. I feel the weight all the way through to the end, a heavy feeling that I haven't had recently (maybe because all I felt was the sharpness of the beer). I thought about how I always write about the compatibility with Ate, and today's compatibility with Agodashi Nabe (pork shabu-shabu) was, ○! ✨(but it's not that I can bring out the sweetness, they seem to be independent of each other)

We first met at an izakaya in Takayama on our way home from skiing✨ I often drink Tenryo and Okuhida in Takayama, so I tried it to see what kind of sake it was...it was quite light! The sweetness that lingers on the tongue at the end. I decided to have it with Houha Miso to see what it would be like. The miso itself is sweet, so perhaps it was a synergistic effect, but the sweetness of the sake was very strong. I guess you can say that local sake goes well with local cuisine!

This is a locally brewed sake we got in Numazu on our way home from a memorial service. It is easy to drink and has a nice fruity taste. The dish was simmered sea bream. I have nothing more to say.

I was introduced to this sake by a friend when I visited Sendai five years ago. I happened to see it at a Tohoku support group and bought it immediately. It is very good, fruity when you smell it, and it becomes stronger again when you take a sip. Mellow when you put it on your tongue. A little bitterness at the end. As a guess, I tried it with ginger meat miso. The fruity taste remains the same, but the slight bitterness at the end is gone. This was the right combination.

When I went to Miyagi for the first time 5 years ago, a friend recommended this brand. I have been hooked on it since then and order it whenever I find it in stores. This time I found it at Aeon, so I just bought it (I don't regret it). The initial drinkability is as great as ever, and if you leave it in your mouth for a while without gulping it down, the sweetness comes out. Then comes the spiciness at the end. The atté? The "atte" is the sugar. Well, personally, it's not much, so I recommend drinking it by itself.

I bought the brand I didn't drink at the event for home consumption. It has a refreshing blue bottle with a goldfish on the label. Sake for summer. When poured, it has a white color like a fizzy type. The aroma is refreshing. When you put it on your tongue, you can feel a little stronger fizz. It does not have the sweetness of Mio, so it goes down smoothly. The entrée is smoked mackerel. I think smoked mackerel is a little too strong for a smooth beer. It is delicious, though.

Third cup. The aroma is subdued, and the moment you put it in your mouth, it feels like a swish. The sweetness of the rice and the slight bitterness of the alcohol at the end. Perfect for the last sake of the hot summer season.

Second drink. It has a strong sweetness at the moment of drinking, followed by a slightly spicy taste. It is an easy-drinking sake that goes down well. The aroma is not that strong, so it is specialized for easy drinking. You can enjoy it on its own.

This is the first cup of the restaurant at Sakaesake Square 22. The aroma is a nice aroma of rice, and when you put it on your tongue, sweetness and spiciness come. Very tasty. They say it is made to drink outside. I heard that it goes well with meat, so I would like to bring this dish for camping.

This is my first time to drink Kumamoto sake. The taste lingers in the back of the tongue. The entrée is simmered fish. The aftertaste, which seemed a little bit harsh in a good way, was sublimated into a delicious taste. This is delicious.

Third bottle. The aroma is fruity. It smells like pears (I'm too drunk to be sure). When you put it on your tongue, the taste of pear continues just like the aroma. This is a sake that can be enjoyed without a side dish. Both the aroma and taste are outstanding. However, I am a person who likes to enjoy sake with a side dish, so I made some dashimaki and tried it... I would recommend you to try it by itself.

The second souvenir from Kanazawa. The first taste is like water, but the alcohol taste comes in the middle. The aftertaste is already peculiar. I served it with roast beef. The aftertaste is too strong, so it's a bit of a failure.

I drink sparkling sake at home, which I bought when I visited Takayama in Gifu Prefecture. This sake is not as sweet as Mio, and the carbonated aftertaste is not overpowering, but it gives the satisfaction of having drunk sake. The dish was sashimi of yellowtail. The carbonation washes away the yellowtail's harshness and brings out the true flavor of the yellowtail. It is very drinkable.

I received it as a souvenir from Kanazawa. When you first put it in your mouth, you will be surprised at how refreshing it is. When you put it on your tongue, you feel a sweetness that is not too sweet. When swallowed, it has a strong dry taste. The best match is crow's feet. If you drink the sake while keeping it in your mouth, the dryness you feel at the end will disappear, and the sake will taste even better.

Delicious. I have nothing more to say as this is my third bottle. I heard it goes well with horse meat, so I'll have horse meat for my entrée.

The first aroma and sweetness is a gusto. You can enjoy it while leaving a little weight on your tongue. The matching soup is a square stew (soup). The alcohol feeling that remains at the end is completely eliminated.

It is dry, but the aftertaste is clean without leaving an unpleasant alcohol taste. The initial fruity taste in the mouth is followed by the alcohol taste characteristic of dry sake. The match is grilled sea bream. The sweetness increases a little.
