ギチョウ
Now, let's continue with the second sake from Kyoto, Matsumoto.
This was also my first sake.
Compared to the Daito sake we had earlier, this sake is lighter, but it goes in easily and is easy to drink. The aftertaste is a little bitter, but the sake is delicious and you can really taste the sake.
(This may have been my first drink, lol).
I had some leftover shellfish stewed in the rain as an entrée, so I served it with that. The bitterness at the end (which I also like) was just right with the shigureni.
