ギチョウ
I was introduced to this sake by a friend when I visited Sendai five years ago. I happened to see it at a Tohoku support group and bought it immediately.
It is very good, fruity when you smell it, and it becomes stronger again when you take a sip.
Mellow when you put it on your tongue. A little bitterness at the end.
As a guess, I tried it with ginger meat miso.
The fruity taste remains the same, but the slight bitterness at the end is gone. This was the right combination.
