ギチョウ
I drink sparkling sake at home, which I bought when I visited Takayama in Gifu Prefecture. This sake is not as sweet as Mio, and the carbonated aftertaste is not overpowering, but it gives the satisfaction of having drunk sake.
The dish was sashimi of yellowtail. The carbonation washes away the yellowtail's harshness and brings out the true flavor of the yellowtail.
It is very drinkable.
