I bought the brand I didn't drink at the event for home consumption.
It has a refreshing blue bottle with a goldfish on the label. Sake for summer.
When poured, it has a white color like a fizzy type. The aroma is refreshing.
When you put it on your tongue, you can feel a little stronger fizz.
It does not have the sweetness of Mio, so it goes down smoothly.
The entrée is smoked mackerel.
I think smoked mackerel is a little too strong for a smooth beer.
It is delicious, though.
