Beginner.
Peachy sweetness on the palate (not too fruity, not too sweet), settles down in the middle and finishes with bitterness and acidity.
Good as a food sake, either cold or warmed.
Personal preference: ★★★☆☆☆☆
I am a beginner (started drinking sake this year).
The first glass is surprisingly light!
It is fruity, not in a bad way, but it goes down like a glass of water.
I have to be careful because I end up drinking too much lol.
I am a beginner. (I've been drinking a lot of sake this year)
I have been drinking a lot of sake, mainly modern sake, but Ippakusuisei has a well-balanced taste in a good way.
It has sweetness, but it also has umami, acidity, bitterness, and other balancing elements.
It is a wine that you will never get tired of drinking, and it seems to go well with fish dishes.
Above all, I think this price is very cost-effective.
I am a beginner. (I started drinking sake this year.)
I bought a bottle of Masamune, which is reputed to be cheap and tasty, at a nearby liquor store.
It is just as good as its reputation, if not better.
It tastes sweet and fruity, but you never get tired of drinking it and want to drink it again.
It will become a staple for home drinking.
Beginner.
When I opened the bottle, I felt a pop of gas. It was a well-balanced sake with an elegant aroma and flavor, sweet but not cloying, yet with a slightly classic feel.
It was delicious.
I am a beginner. I like modern fruity type.
This is a hiyaoroshi of Yukino Kayasha.
This is the first time I have had it, and it has a strong umami flavor. The aroma is not too strong, but the sweetness and umami are strong, and it has a sharpness that makes it easy to continue drinking.
It is a well-balanced type.
It is a stable "Kangiku".
The balance of sweet and tasty is good, and no matter which Kangiku you buy, you will not miss the taste.
It was modern fruity and not too sweet.
This is monochrome2025, my favorite unfiltered, unpasteurized sake from Kangiku.
I bought it as soon as I saw it on sale at a nearby liquor store.
It has a gaseous taste and is fresh 2 to 3 days after opening the bottle.
It is sweet, delicious, and juicy, just like Kangiku, and has a high degree of perfection.
First modern sweet type I've had.
It was gassy, fruity and impressive!
It has a pineapple-like sweetness in the mouth, and when you savor it slowly in your mouth, it gives you a great "mmmm" satisfaction!
After a couple of days, the freshness gradually faded as the gassiness wore off, so I think it's best to finish it as soon as possible.
It is quite sweet, but I preferred Nanahoshi to Tasake's Special Junmai, which I drank after this (this is my personal opinion).
I think it is delicious before a meal (or just by itself)!
A light, slightly dry taste that is truly a classic.
It is good when you want to drink traditional sake because you will never get tired of drinking it.
It is easy to pair with food as it does not interfere with food during the meal.
Mr. Masaki.
Thank you for your comment.
My first post was on The Classics 😆.
Since then, I've been fishing for almost all the famous modern ones one after another.
Apparently I like sweet ☺️
