I picked this up unexpectedly at Odakyu OX.
The balance of sweetness and spiciness is divine.
It has a nice sharpness and is so tasty that if I'm not careful, I could open a bottle in one night. It also has a mild melon flavor.

Since I was in Kanagawa Prefecture, I tried a Kanagawa Prefecture sake anyway.
As the label says, the LaFrance is a bit like fruit juice, so pairing is difficult ✨.

First experience with nigori sake
