It's delicious✨
The aroma is restrained and the flavor or sweetness is strong and crisp.
It's the best one I've had in many places!
It's really good, so please try it.
I picked this up unexpectedly at Odakyu OX.
The balance of sweetness and spiciness is divine.
It has a nice sharpness and is so tasty that if I'm not careful, I could open a bottle in one night. It also has a mild melon flavor.
Seriously delicious ✨
Since I was in Kanagawa Prefecture, I tried a Kanagawa Prefecture sake anyway.
As the label says, the LaFrance is a bit like fruit juice, so pairing is difficult ✨.
The boost behind the sweetness is heavy 😖.
It might be good for a toast.
It is an unfiltered sake, so I expect the taste to change tomorrow.
First experience with nigori sake
Even though it is called nigori, it is completely smooth and has no peculiarities at all.
It is delicious, with a hint of sweetness and a subtle acidity that is exquisite! The flavor is restrained and the sharpness is good, making it easy to drink✨.
The fruity ginjo aroma is followed by a firm sweetness and bitterness. I thought it would be light at 15% alcohol, but was surprised by its robust flavor. It is packed with the flavor of recent sake (with little acidity). (Sourness is low).
It is a refreshing fruity type with a strong acidity, which is said to be in vogue these days. I prefer sweet sake with less acidity, but it has a nice sharpness, so people who like that type of sake will not be able to stop drinking it.
It has a high alcohol content, so it feels quite voluminous. Since it is an undiluted sake, it is best to open it early, but in fact, the balance is better on the second day. On the first day, you can't help but feel the stimulation of alcohol, but on the second day, it rounds out and the sweetness and volume are well balanced.
The sweetness, flavor and balance are exquisite!
It's not flashy, but you can drink it all the time with a strong flavor.
P.S.
The second day, the sweetness increases and it's really good.
The marriage with Kiri cream cheese is the best in the world (lol).
This Junmai Daiginjo is a pleasantly inexpensive Junmai Daiginjo.
It is a fruity but very gentle Junmai Daiginjo with good sharpness and moderate sweetness.
