Since I was in Kanagawa Prefecture, I tried a Kanagawa Prefecture sake anyway. As the label says, the LaFrance is a bit like fruit juice, so pairing is difficult ✨. The boost behind the sweetness is heavy 😖. It might be good for a toast. It is an unfiltered sake, so I expect the taste to change tomorrow.

It is a refreshing fruity type with a strong acidity, which is said to be in vogue these days. I prefer sweet sake with less acidity, but it has a nice sharpness, so people who like that type of sake will not be able to stop drinking it.

It has a high alcohol content, so it feels quite voluminous. Since it is an undiluted sake, it is best to open it early, but in fact, the balance is better on the second day. On the first day, you can't help but feel the stimulation of alcohol, but on the second day, it rounds out and the sweetness and volume are well balanced.
