This is my first post in a month. I haven't had a chance to drink... 2F🦶 or having an outbreak 😅... Well, I'm back with a full bottle of Gekko 🌙. I liked it quite a bit last time, This time I have a normal impression🤔. The difference is that this time it's supposed to be fire-entering. Hmmm, tasty but not very impressive😅 100% Hachitan-Nishiki Alcohol content: 14 degrees Celsius

Hall of Fame 👑 birthplace Stable and delicious. This time the acidity is moderate, which is my favorite lot. The last Nijo was a little low because I was comparing it with Nijo 4. It was a little underrated, but it's good enough 😊. Alcohol content: 13%.

Continuing with the in-flight meal series: ‼️ Here's what I was expecting 💁. Mmmm, this one goes well with the Japanese in-flight meal 😋. It's hard to describe, but it's delicious 😋. I don't get to fly business very often, so I enjoyed it 😌. Miyamanishiki 78% from Nagano Prefecture, Yamadanishiki 22% from Hyogo Prefecture Alcohol content: 19%‼️ Bottled in 2020? Vintage for sure 🤔. Normally I would have had another one, but it's high in alcohol content and I had a long schedule ahead 😅.

In-flight Meal Series‼️ This time it's been a very long time since I've been on an international flight: ✈︎ It's a sparkling sake. It's a little sweet. It's delicious, though, I guess it's like a dessert sake 🍶. Not really a food sake 🤔. This time we buried Yamanashi‼️ The only one left is Okinawa, but I hope they bring it back someday... 🥲. This is a great one. It's an adult grapefruit schwizz. Squeezed grapefruit? 🤔 The sourness of the fresh yeast? It is also a fruity sourness. Quite effervescent even when the bottle is opened. It's so fizzy 😌. I was about to drink it, but I held it in 😅. I'm sure I'll have to repeat this one. I can't seem to buy it often 🙄. Nama yeast brewing, light nigori Alcohol content: 14%.

This is a sweet-and-savory type of dish that is easy to chew on. Of course it's delicious. Banshu Aizan 100%🌾‼️ Alcohol content: 15 Polishing ratio: 33%‼️ Kudokidobue really looks expensive from the specs, but it's a good thing that it is conscientiously priced.

From the fearful opening of the bottle. Kouei Chrysanthemum is very careful with everything😅. Hmm? White wine? I'm not sure 🤨. Niagara-ish too? I'm not sure 🤨. Almost a wine taste 😌. I would give it to a wine lover. The taste was a bit unexpected. If you drink it with sake 😊, it will make you feel like you're drinking wine 😅. Sieg Zeon‼️✊ Alcohol content: 13 degrees

In the liquor section of a department store Ganki with hand towel sold before Father's Day: ‼️ I jump on it when it comes with a free gift😅. I want to match it with sashimi. But there is only meat type 😔. I think it's like a food wine that goes with everything 🤔. It's good for Father's Day. I drank it myself 🤣. 100% Yamada Nishiki 🌾. Alcohol content: 16%. I recently drank a bottle of Hozu 4 Nozomi, so it's called a drinking comparison! 😋 Luxury week of only producing land 🤣. I feel like this one tastes bland compared to the other one 🤔. It's tasty enough, but compared to the other one. The four farmer's breweries are refreshing and delicious 😋. I'd say Ni-no-kozo is the one I use on a daily basis. Next is Kako? I have some but haven't opened it yet😁. Alcohol content: 13 degrees Celsius

Shikonoso Yummy. As a poor person, I kept it warm for a special occasion... but nothing special happened and the daily life passed by... I thought I had to drink it soon, I opened the bottle as usual. It's a Hall of Fame brand. If Ninonozo is a delicious ‼️, I was so excited to see the new bottle. It's still delicious! But I can't use it for everyday use unless it's Ninonun brewery😅. Alcohol content: 13%.

JAL Diamond Lounge Series: ‼️ Haneda Airport (May/June) I drank it last month and this month. Last month I felt strong acidity, but not particularly before this. Later it tasted robust. May was subtle but June was delicious. I wonder if it's the timing or something 🤔. The jacket is very cute, just like a summer sake 😊. Alcohol content: 15%. Rice polishing ratio: 60

I went to Gifu to buy this one too. I wanted to try the whale wave 😊. It is dark and slightly sweet and easy to drink. Maybe it is easier to drink than the Enayama I had the other day. It was worth the trip to buy it. It's not easy to buy it near here 😗. 100% Hidahomare Alcohol content: 16%. Polishing ratio: 50
