I was attracted to the taste of lemonade when warmed, or lemon sour with soda, but I got it cold and straight 😂. It's very acidic, just like it says it's high in citric acid, but it's easy to drink! Even my sister who loves to drink raved about how good it tasted 🥹. It was delicious!

Apparently it's the perfect warmed sake for summer. I kept it at room temperature even though it's recommended to be refrigerated🥲. When I opened the bottle, I smelled lactic acid. I kept it at room temperature...? When heated, it smells like Shaoxing sake. Tastes like mandarin oranges? Moderate sweet and sourness

When I brought it to the cashier, the owner of the liquor store said, "This is good sake! He said he made it with yeast he found by chance. At first I thought it was sweet! but as I drank more and more, it started to taste sweet and sour I could taste the umami in the aftertaste. Delicious!
