I tried to order Tatenogawa, but they were out of it, so I ordered this one, which was sweet and highly recommended.
It was as it should be, fragrant, sweet and delicious!
With seafood yukke.
This restaurant is inexpensive!
The Jikin was the best, so I went back to the store where I bought a set of three kinds of sake to compare them.
However, the owner told me that it was hard to find it... and that drinking it at the store was the mainstream? So we went back to the store and bought another Jikin. I served it with smoked cheese.
As he said, "It's totally different from the other three," it was totally different and much to my liking. It had a fruity aroma and was very tasty. It was too bad they don't sell it. I would have definitely bought it if it was sold. I heard it was very expensive.
The middle of a set of three kinds of sake. For some reason, this was the only sake from Yamaguchi Prefecture.
It had a nice aroma and was also delicious. I wanted something to eat, so I bought steamed oysters. The grilled oysters I had in Hiroshima a while ago were delicious, so I thought, well, I'll just eat regular oysters...
I bought a set of three kinds of drinks to compare.
The rightmost one is Saku. It is said to be classified as rather dry, but it is not so. The aroma was not so strong.
This sake is made by the company that produces "Shirataka", the imperial sake of the Ise Shrine.
I don't drink light nigori that often, but I was attracted by its fruity taste, so I tried it. It was not as fruity as I personally expected, but it was delicious.
When I went to Niigata, I bought this sake only because it was touted as a sweet sake.
Sweet...?
It was different from the sweetness I expected, but it was delicious with hamachi and salmon sashimi.
It won the gold medal at the sake awards 2023.
It is said to be a gold medal winner.
Ordered with no lineup of sweet sake. At first, I thought, hmm? (Is this what you call rice sweetness? I don't know...) It's fairly easy to drink. Served with tuna and avocado tartar.
When I was looking at sake at a roadside station, an old man at the store recommended this one to me, so I bought it.
It was fruity and tasty, but a little alcoholic.
I had a chance to drink this sake a few years ago and it was super tasty.
I bought it because it was on sale at a department store.
It is a sweet sparkling sake. It's still delicious.
