けむしさんた
Yamadanishiki, Asahi rice, 77% polished rice A Tanabata-inspired sake. It is an unfiltered, unpasteurized sake. There is lees and a little fizziness. But that is good. It has a sake-like taste and aroma with a light aftertaste.

Omachi 50% polished rice When cold, the aroma is like that of a pineapple, and the aftertaste is slightly refreshing. The sweetness is restrained. As the temperature rises, the bitterness and astringency become stronger.

Yumesansui Polishing rice 30%. I was looking forward to drinking this sake when it finally opened. It's always good no matter how many times I drink it. I really like this sake. Smooth on the palate, with a pineapple-like flavor and the sweetness and umami of the rice. It has a slight bitterness, but I personally like the gentle aftertaste at the end.

Sake Mirai 50% polished rice Slightly fizzy. It is refreshing but has a strong rice flavor. The citrus aroma is refreshing. It is better when the temperature is a little higher than when it is cold. This is my favorite type. I can drink it easily.

けむしさんた
Yamadanishiki, Sha District, Hyogo Prefecture, 40% polished rice I had this sake while remembering the Arashiri Oshikiri merger, but I guess I didn't have the palate to tell the clear difference. An easy-drinking sake with a sweetness and gorgeousness that is not too assertive.

けむしさんた
Unfiltered, raw sake, 50% Omachi from Akaban, polished rice The punchy label gives the sake a punchy taste. The first sip is quite strong and interesting. It gradually mellows out as it comes into contact with air. The flavor of Omachi is good. The flavor is pineapple.

けむしさんた
This is my second Tobiroki, but the last time was my first since I was inexperienced with sake. It has a fresh mouthfeel with a green apple-like flavor. The main taste is more rice flavor and astringency than aroma. It is spicy. The aftertaste is also strong. Not quite to my taste, but certainly delicious.
